Nominasi Lengkap Oscar 2019, A Star Is Born Ungguli Bohemian Rhapsody

JawaPos.com – Nominator Academy Awards ke-91 sudah diumumkan langsung oleh presiden Academy, John Bailey dan aktris Tracee Ellis Ross, serta aktor Kumil Nanjiani langsung dari Teater Samuel Goldwyn di Beverly Hills, California, Amerika Serikat, pada 22 Januari waktu setempat.

Dari nominasi yang dibacakan, film Roma dan The Favourite terbanyak masuk nominasi. Total keduanya, masuk dalam 9 kategori. Disusul film A Star Is Born yang masuk 8 kategori. Menariknya, Bohemian Rhapsody, yang berjaya di Golden Globe Awards 2019 hanya mampu masuk dalam 6 kategori.

Namun, seperti sudah diperkirakan, Bohemian Rhapsody, Green Book, Roma, A Star Is Born akan bertarung dengan Black Panther untuk membawa pulang Piala Oscar untuk kategori Best Picture atau film terbaik.

Sementara itu, untuk kategori aktor terbaik, Bradley Cooper dan Rami Malek harus bersaing dengan peraih Piala Oscar sebelumnya, Christian Bale. Tampaknya, bukan hal yang mudah buat keduanya. Sebab, mereka juga mendapat perlawanan dari Viggo Mortesensen (Green Book) dan Willem Daffoe (At Eternity’s Gate).
